It was a little hard to find the place, but the ice cream and other desserts were good. Nice sized parking lot in back. Tables with umbrellas to shade you from the sun. The lady who served us was very nice and attentive. The prices were good. They had gluten-free flavors, which my mom needed. I got chocolate soft serve in a waffle cone. It was so hot outside that it melted pretty quickly, but I just tried to eat it fast and it was tasty. Nice and cool on a hot summer day. We also went there because my mom's throat hurt from the procedure she had had earlier that day at RGH, the ice cream and cold of it helped, I think. We also closed down the restaurant where we ate, so we had to get dessert at Ice Cream Plus. Nice cold creamy good things to help us cool down that day. 👍

Today was my first day going to Ice Cream Plus and I really enjoyed the food and Ice cream. I also had a Snow cone as well. The service was friendly and great. The Young fellow was patient with customers and the young lady was assisting him to ensure all items were met. The older gentleman in the pink shirt was very kind to me. I am recommending this place for some good ice cream on hot summer days or anytime you want some ice cream. I even told my employees about this place. Bri

Customer service was amazing! Me & my husband were greeted with a smile upon walking up. Although one item I wanted was out of stock (Strawberry Cheese cake ice-cream) we deiced to go with the '"Loaded Nacho" sooo yummy & a shareable size! Two scoops of ice cream of your choice along with your choice of toppings and the BEST WAFFEL CHIPS. Location is great although the parking lot isn't the best on a busy day. We will be back :)

It’s a big no for me, customer service was good (literally had all 3 workers for 2 items), the items are not worth the prices, and presentation of items could be better. Then to keep specifying a tip was a bit much the menu already not worth a purchase. Good luck on the business anyway

Enjoyed the ice cream here, good peanut butter chocolate shake too. I would come back, love having ice cream in the neighborhood!
